Website content

Original articles, page design, graphics and other material created specifically for Emmerdale Spoilers may be protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced in full, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where the law permits limited use.

Programme and third-party rights

Emmerdale, ITV, character names, programme imagery, logos and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this independent editorial website does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

Images

We aim to use images that are licensed, supplied for publicity, available under an appropriate permission, created by us or used in a limited editorial context permitted by applicable law. Where attribution is required, we aim to provide it. An image should not be presented in a way that falsely suggests ownership or endorsement.

Quotations and excerpts

Short quotations may be used for reporting, criticism, review or explanation, with attribution where appropriate. We do not intentionally reproduce substantial parts of another publisher’s article as a substitute for the original work.

Rights-holder requests

If you believe material on the website infringes your rights, contact us with the page URL, a description of the work, the location of the disputed material, evidence of your authority and your preferred contact details. Complete information helps us investigate promptly.

Review and action

We may request additional evidence. Depending on the circumstances, we may add attribution, replace an image, limit access to material or remove it while the matter is reviewed. Submitting a request does not guarantee removal when the use is licensed, authorised or legally permitted.
